ST. CHAFLES, Minn. – A Winona motorist, Thomas Jon Flak, 56, was arrested and referred for drunken driving pending blood test results. Police stopped Flak after receiving a call of a vehicle being driven erratically on Interstate 90 near the Lewiston exit. Deputies spotted the car 14 miles later near the St Charles exit and pulled it over. The stop was about 5 a.m.
