WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman was arrested on a complaint that she was harassing a man with calls and texts in violation of a court order not to bother him. Arrested was 33-year-old Tanile Marie Mathison. Police said that Mathison denied the calls and texts but that they found a record of them on her phone. The arrest was in the 300 block of East Sanborn Street about 9 p.m.
