WINONA, Minn. – Police responding to a disturbance saw a 5-year-old old yelling from a window for help. Inside they talked with his mother, who was under a court-protection order from Roy Charles Glissendorf. She said he wasn’t there. The boy said he was. Police found Glissendorf, 34, hiding in the basement. He was arrested without resistance. This was about 3:40 p.m. in the 250 block of Cummings Street on the West End. The boy, police said, was unhurt.
