WINONA, Minn. – Yet another rattlesnake, the eighth this season in the Winona bluffs and coulees, was removed by a handler and relocated. This was about 11:15 a.m. on Garvin Heights Road. There also been rattler removals away from the city, one Sunday near Twin Bluffs and one at Cedar Valley Golf Course in July.
