WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man who fled as police responded to a domestic complaint was picked up moments later while feigning just to be out jogging. It was a give-away that he was wearing jeans, not running gear, police said. Arrested was Casey James Fautsch, 22. Reportedly he had been pounding – and pounding and pounding – on the door at a house in 650 residential block of Main Street. This was about 2:45 p.m. Fautch was under a judge’s court order that barred him from the house. The co-contact order stemmed from a previous incident in which a woman-friend charged strangulation.

Fautsch. “Yes officer, nice afternoon for a jog.”
