LACROSSE, Wis. – Police arrested a Spring Grove, Minnesota, man after an overnight shooting at the La Crosse Bierhaus on the Third Street bar strip. Police said Timothy Neal Young, 31, had fled after the shooting but that they apprehended quickly.
