NORTHFIELD, Minn. — Sheriff Troy Dunn asked for public help to catch whoever placed a pipe bomb in a ditch in the 10000 block of Hall Avenue south of town. A caller reported finding the device about 3:47 p.m. Thursday between Sumac Lane and Huron Court.
