WHITEHALL, Wis. — The Trempealeau County Health Department issued an order requiring face masks in public places. The department invited reports on violators. There will be enforcement after options for voluntary compliance are exhausted, the agency said. The order included common sense exceptions, like eating and drinking and for anyone under 4. The order is in effect to January 20.
