MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. — Deputies referred a 19-year-old Minnesota City man to the county attorney for potential charges of false imprisonment, threats of violence, second-degree assault and domestic assault. The man was reported to have used a knife as a threat, deputies said. The incident was about 10:55 a.m.
