Cops: Speeder had drug gear, gun, open bottle

STOCKTON, Minn. – Deputies arrested Nicholas Jon Latourelle, 36, of Winona, on tentative charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of a pistol while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, and having an open bottle. He had been stopped for speeding on Highway 14 about 9:40 p.m., then, said deputies, one thing led to another. A breath test checked at 0.20%, 2-1/2 the legally impaired level.
