UTICA. Minn. – A deputy pulled over a Lewiston woman, Sue Schell-Lee, 49, for going too fast about 1 a.m., then did a breathalyzer test. Her blood-alcohol content, he said, was 0.14% — close to double the legal threshold for drunkenness. She was referred to the county attorney, tentatively for a driving while intoxicated. The arrest was on Highway 14 at Robinson Road a mile west if Utica.
