WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman was booked for drunken driving after a couple wide turns near Broadway and Olmstead streets on the West Side. Police quoted Kim Teresa Polus, 71, that she had had two or three drinks. Her blood-alcohol level tested at 0.13%. The cut-off for impairment is 0.08%. This was about 10:25 p.m.
