WINONA, Minn. – A Winona driver was booked at the county jail for showing signs of impairment in a speeding stop at Huff Street and Riverview Drive. At the jailhouse Hunter James Pickering, 27, did a breath test that showed his blood-alcohol at 0.13% — 1-1/2 times the legally allowed max. The speeding stop was about 10:55 p.m.
