WINONA, Minn. – The new Cotter daycare center has opened with 75 kids, some as young as 6 weeks, in the former Tau retreat rotunda. There is room to grow, Mary Eileen Fitch, president of Cotter Schools. The facility is licensed for 248 children, which will make it the largest daycare center in Winona. The care fare:
> Infants 6 weeks to 16 months) : $270 a week, $6.75 an hour.
> Toddlers (16 to 33 months): $255 a week, $6.40 an hour.
>Pre-K: 224 a week, $5.70 an hour.
