ATWATER, Minn. — The Cotter girls cross country team finished second at the TC Runners Company Cross-Country Showcase at Island Pine Golf Club course. Luverne won the meet. The Showcase was arranged in lieu of the usual state tournament after the State High School league cancelled meets because of the CVID crisis. The Cotter Ramblers were led by eighth-grader Sonja Semling with a personal record time of 20:21 minutes.
