WINONA, Minn. – The City Council voted unanimously to extend the West Third and Fifth street truck route 11 blocks westward from McBride Street to Ben Street. The change opens truck access to the trackside industrial area through the two-block Ben Street stub and relieves truck traffic on largely residential Third and Fifth west of McBride.
