ROCHESTER, Minn. – A lawsuit against the Rochester Country Club for cancelling an event organized by a conservative Minnesota-based think tank has been settled. The Center of the American Experiment, of Golden Valley, agreed to withdraw the suit and eat the cost of having filed the suit in the first place. Not dismissed., however, was the think tank’s action against Erin Nystrom, the country member who organized a petition to cancel the event.
