WINONA, Minn. – A sexual abuse criminal complaint against a former pastor at Pleasant Valley Church, Rick Iglesias, allege recurring incidents between September 2010 and May 2012. The complaint quotes a 20-something man that that Igelias, age 66, sexually assaulted him multiple times in Iglesias’ home. This was between the complainant’s freshman and sophomore year in high school, when he was between 13 and 16. The complainant told police that the sexual acts occurred weekly and involved masturbation and penetration. The assaults, he said, left him feeling betrayed and unprotected, as well as anxious. The complainant said he felt pressured to keep the assaults secret.
