WINONA, Minn. — Two Winona County people, both in their 70s, have been diagnosed with the highly contagious corononavirus. Both were recovering in isolation, county health authorities said. The names of the individuals were withheld, but county authorities said that state health agents had the names and were tracking down people with whom the couple remembered being in contact.
