WINONA, Minn., –A significant increase in COVID cases, 25, was reported at Saint Mary’s University’s Winona campus for the week ending November 23. Twenty of those infected were students. Five were employees. There were 17 active cases, pushing the total to 100 for fall semester. Students accounted for 84 of these 100 cases.
