ROCHESTER, Minn. – A van crashed into an apartment building, tearing out electrical panels and penetrating a bedroom. No one was injured. The 12-unite building, in the Quarters complex at 834 21st Avenue Southeast, was evacuated for lack of power. The accident was about 7:30 p.m. Firefighters said the building appeared to have remained structurally sound.
