WINONA, Minn. – Over the weekend, officers received eight reports of the windows of vehicles being broken out throughout the East End overnight. A BB or pellet gun may have been used, police said. Such crimes, according to police spokesperson Bridget Klinger, are difficult to solve without witnesses. Klinger recommended doorbell cameras.
