MADISON, Wis. – The vote total in Dane County for president will change by a few dozen votes in a recount but far short of shifting the state from Biden to Trump, said Dane County Clerk Scott McDonell. The initial tally gave Wisconsin to Biden by about 21,600 votes. A second recount, in Milwaukee County, also failed to yield a change in who won. The Trump campaign paid $3 million to for recounts in Dane and Milwaukee counties, the two most Democratic counties in te state.
