WHITEHALL, Wis. – The Trempealeau County Aging and Disability Resource Center has added a dementia specialist, Michelle Brown. Her responsibilities also include Buffalo and Pepin counties. Brown will work with family and unpaid caregivers. She noted that 20% of the people in the three counties are 65 and older, which means statistically that at least 1,100 suffer some form of dementia.
