Yes, the bar’s television screens will be tuned to election returns as they’re reported starting at 8 p.m. The campaign of Democratic congressional candidate Jeff Ettinger announced a Winona thank-you event at 2 p.m. on November14 at the Acoustic Cafe, 77 Lafayette Street.
