ROCHESTER, Minn. –A Rochester drug-dealer changed his plea to guilty ina case that has lingered 1-1/2 years in the courts. Dahir Dahir, 26, admitted to a reduced charge of third-degree drug possession. Originally he was charged with first-degree drug sales. Dahir was arrested for speeding on Elton Hills Drive in Rochester in February 2021. In the car police found 6,000 counterfeit oxycodone pills valued at as much as $180,000.
