WINONA, Minn. – The chair of the Winona School Board, Nancy Denzer, was re-elected by fellow Board members. Other officers:
> Tina Lehnertz, vice chair.
> Michael Hanratty, clerk.
> Steve Schild, treasurer.
In other routine business, the Bo chose the Minneapolis law firm Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney again as legal counsel. The Board switched from the Winona Post to the Winona Daily News to published legally required public notices. The Board rotates regularly between the two papers for legals.
