RIDEWAY, Minn. – A Winona man, Quentin William Douglas, 22, was cited for trespassing private property on dead-end Ridgeway Road. Douglas explained that he entered the property to grab something but acknowledged that did so without permission. The citation was about 8:30 p.m.
