MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. — Deputies arrested Sheila Marie Zavaleta, 49, of Minnesota City, after a report of an assault in the 100 residential block of Minnesota Street. The recommended charge: Fifth-degree domestic assault. The incident was reported to the sheriff’s office about 11 a.m.
