DAKOTA, Minn. – A Dakota woman, Marie Lynn Faeth, 35, was arrested and referred for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated in the 27000 block of Fern Glen Drive in Dakota. Intoxicated. She also was charged with obstructing the legal process. The arrest was about 9 p.m.
