ELBA, Minn. – An Altura man, Corey Edward Haaek, 37, of Altura was arrested and accused of driving while intoxicated. He was originally pulled over in the 1200 block of North Main Street in Elba for, an officer said, going over the center line. The officer said that his breath-alcohol tested at .29%. The arrest was about 11:30 p.m.
