WINONA, Minn. – Deputies arrested a rural man after a dispute in which a family member was pushed to the floor. The pushing occurred while deputies were trying to sort through what happened. Matthew James Anderson, 36, was arrested for domestic assault. The victim, an adult male, was not hurt seriously. The issue was about taking Anderson to the hospital regarding ongoing issues about a brain injury. The incident was about 7:40 p.m. at 33000 Hunters Lane, beyond Sunny Ridge south of Homer.
