ROCHESTER, Minn. – A deputy called to quiet an irate man in court was slammed into a wall. The deputy suffered a bump on his head but wasn’t hospitalized. Other deputies subdued the man, Anthony Carman, 41, of St. Paul. Carman was appearing in court for failing a drug test in violation of his probation.
