MINNEAPOLIS — The body of a man was recovered from Lake Minnetonka, five days after he tried to rescue a woman who had fallen from a pontoon boat. Dead was Deveric “DJ” Stokes, 29, of St. Paul. He was an assistant chef at the northeast Minneapolis restaurant Hai Hai. The woman was able to return to the boat. Stokes’ body was found in 55 feet of water.
