LEWISTON, Minn. — Deputies arrested Joshua Gerald Gibbs, 35, of Lewiston, after recognizing him as someone with a cancelled driver license. Gibbs was driving near Lewiston High School during the noon hour. His case was referred to the county attorney for a potential charge of gross-misdemeanor driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.
