BROWNSDALE, Minn. – A Brownsdale woman who lives near the address that State Senator Gene Dornink has listed as his home in election papers supports the claim. “I see him there in the mornings,” Nikki Philips told a KAAL news reporter,” I’ll go for a run in the mornings or a walk and wave. It’s like 6:30 in the morning and he’s coming out getting in his car to go to work.” Phillips said shehas stopped by in the evenings and chatted. In early May, she said, her family helped the Dornicks  move in. There is a petition before the state Supreme Court, signed by others, that nobody lives at the address and that Dornick isn’t really eligible to represent Senate District 23.
