WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. – Despite scaled-back expansion plans elsewhere, Hy-Vee confirmed its new super-grocery at Valley View Mall at LaCrosse is on course. The target for opening: November 8. The store is being built in the old Sears location at the suburban Onalaska mall.
