ROCHESTER, Minn. – The food and liquor license for Legends bar downtown has been revoked temporarily for repeated COVID safety violations. The county Public Health Department cited health and safety hazards, specifically lack of physical distancing, lack of mask-wearing, and overcrowding. Sagar Chowdury, county environmental health manager, said Legends managers had rebuffed attempts to help bring the bar into compliance. Legends will be closed three days — or until compliance is demonstrated.
