WINONA Minn. – The vice president of student affairs, Tim Gossen, commended Saint Mary’s University students for compliance with social distancing and other COVID protocol so far fall semester. Gossen said there were only 53 positive cases at the Winona campus until this week. Since Monday however, 14 new cases have been recorded, which prompted a quick switch way from classroom instructions.
