DRESBACH, Minn. – Police caught up with a stolen car about 10:50 a.m. after the driver led them on a chase over the Interstate 90 Bridge into Houston County. The pursuit originated on the Wisconsin side of the bridge. The car, police said, had been stolen Winona.
