WINONA, Minn. – A Winona man failed a sobriety test after a traffic stop downtown for for speeding, deputies said. Arrested was Mahmood Hossain Khan, 22. According to deputies, Khan smelled of alcohol and his eyes were bloodshot and watery. The arrest was about 12:25 a.m. at Fourth and Johnson streets.
