ROCHESTER, Minn. – A teenager who told friends at school about a role in an Apache Mall robbery has ben arrested. Word got around school and eventually to the school security officer.  Soon Romel Roberts, 19, was in custody. The robbery was April 24 at a sweatshirt shop. When two men were confronted about shoplifting, one of them pulled what appeared to be a gun on the clerk. They fled. Arrested soon thereafter was Tamarick Shaffer, 23. He was charged with armed robbery and assault. When Roberts arrested this week, he admitted to being with Tamarick, police said. Just as he had told huis friends. .
