ROCHESTER, Minn. – A shoplifter pulled up his shirt to reveal a handgun and told a clerk he was going “to pop” him. That made the incident armed robbery, police said. This happened at Apache mall about 11:30 a.m. The clerk said two people were in the store, Nuka Llaka, and were stealing aa sweatshirt. The store sells sweaters, ponchos and blankets. The two, both blacks in their 20s, fled after a struggle. Police have the incident on store video.
