ROLLINGSTONE, Minn. – A hit-and-run driver seriously injured a pedestrian on a residential back street a little before midnight. Later in Rochester, police arrested Cherise Marie Dale, 31, of Rochester. She was held for felony criminal vehicular operation. Dale also was wanted on outstanding warrants, police said. The incident was in the 100 block of Washington Street.
