OSSEO, Wis. — A Strum driver suffered minor injuries when he lost control while passing another vehicle west of Osseo. Deputies said Jeramiah Parson, 18, was in a no-passing zone and realized too late that another car was coming. Parson left the road to avoid a head-on and rolled his car. He was heading west toward Strum on Highway 10 near Tracey Valley Road.
