HART, Minn. — A LaCrosse woman, Julie Lynn Degen, 57, apparently drunk at the wheel, was in an accident in Wiscoy Valley about 10 p.m. Her injuries appeared minor, but she was taken to the Winona hospital to be sure and for a blood test. The sheriff’s office said charges were pending the result of the blood test. No one else was involved in the accident, which occurred in the 29000 block of County Road 19.
