TROY, Minn. – A woman on her cell phone struck a power pole on rural Cocker Drive and knocked out electricity in the immediate area, deputies said. The driver, Sandra Ann Grell, 25, from the St. Charles area, was unhurt. This was about 1:05 p.m. She was cited for inattentive driving.
