SPARTA, Wis. – A State Patrol trooper arrested Michael Wittmershaus, 61, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence – his seventh drunken-driving stop. Wittmershaus was stopped south of town on Highway 27 near Jackrabbit Avenue. He was weaving across lanes, the trooper said.
