ROCHESTER, Minn.– A driver died in a crash in northwest Rochester a little before 7 p.m. Tentatively police blamed a medical condition Gurnindergit Singh, 52, went off the road and into a ditch in the 5100 Block of West Circle Drive. He was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Police said Sinh had called his daughter to say he wasn’t feeling well just before the crash. She called 911 after the phone went silent.
