WINONA, Minn. – A driver turning from Carimona Street onto Third Street on the East Side smashed into a police car that was en route to a disturbance call. Nobody was hurt. Both vehicles were damaged substantially. Sheriff’s deputies, who investigated the crash, said the vision of the driver turning onto Third Street was obstructed by a parked vehicle. This was about 8:40 pm.
